PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Products are available for purchase through the MBX Consulting LLC website. Payment can be made via a secure online payment system. Upon receiving payment, an invoice will be issued. The purchaser will be able to access Products once they have been created as per the client’s specific case.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Products and all related intellectual property rights are owned by MBX Consulting LLC. The purchaser is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for personal use only. The purchaser shall not modify, distribute, reproduce, or use the Products for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from MBX Consulting LLC. Any unauthorized use, including copyright infringement, is strictly prohibited.

MBX Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify, change, alter, or completely update the Products at its sole discretion.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Products are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. MBX Consulting LLC does not warrant that the information provided in the Products is accurate, complete, or up-to-date, and MBX Consulting LLC is not responsible for any errors or omissions. MBX Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the customized nature of the Products, which are tailored specifically for each client’s case, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the products have been created and delivered to the customer. A refund will only be available if the client does not receive the Products within 14 business days of payment. In such cases, the client is eligible to request a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the purchaser must notify MBX Consulting LLC within the specified time frame and provide necessary details, including the date of purchase, order number, and the reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the refund request, using the same payment method used for the initial purchase. Please note that any fees associated with payment processing or currency conversion are non-refundable and may be deducted from the total refund amount. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the bank account or payment method used for the initial purchase can accept refunds. MBX Consulting LLC is not responsible for any delays or issues with processing refunds due to incorrect or outdated payment information provided by the purchaser.

MBX Consulting LLC reserves the right to provide alternative solutions to a refund and address the issues that caused the complaint within a 14-day timeframe.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MBX Consulting LLC reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to periodically review the Terms and Conditions for any changes. Your continued use of the Products after any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

We recommend that you check the Terms and Conditions on our website www.moneybackexperts.com periodically to stay informed about any updates. In the event of significant changes to the Terms and Conditions that may materially affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by sending an email to the address you have provided or by posting a notice on our website.

By purchasing the Products, you agree to be bound by any changes to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood their terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue your use of the Products and request a refund, if applicable, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. TERMINATION

MBX Consulting LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the purchaser’s access to the Products, without prior notice or liability, under any of the following circumstances:
• The purchaser has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• MBX Consulting LLC is required to do so by law or by a court order.
• MBX Consulting LLC decides to discontinue or materially modify the Products or any part thereof.

Upon termination, the purchaser’s right to use the Products will immediately cease. Termination of the purchaser’s access to the Products shall not relieve the purchaser of any obligations arising or accruing before such termination or limit any liability the purchaser otherwise may have to MBX Consulting LLC, including without limitation any indemnification obligations contained herein.

FORCE MAJEURE

MBX Consulting LLC shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or other labor disturbances, epidemics or pandemics, government restrictions or regulations, natural disasters, utility or communication failures, accidents, or any other similar event. In such circumstances, MBX Consulting LLC shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time to perform its obligations.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, together with any other documents or agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between the purchaser and MBX Consulting LLC with respect to the Products and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Any waiver, amendment, or modification of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective only if in writing and signed by both the purchaser and MBX Consulting LLC. No failure or delay by either party in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver of such right or remedy.
